She's very compassionate and understanding. She really digs deep in her clients to get emotions and logical responses out of them.

Jamie has been such a warming experience. Finding the right therapist can be really difficult. So I’m grateful to have found her. She works at my pace yet is still realistic. She’s shared some healthy worksheets and goal plans and has allowed for me to work through those at the pace I need. She has a very gentle and warming vibe about her and a joy to talk to. I love it when a therapist can know when to listen and when to laugh with you. We’ve had a couple live sessions so far that have gone well. I look forward to continuing our sessions and better getting to know each other. It has sincerely been refreshing. And has shown me that online therapy isn’t as scary as I thought it would be. Still getting to know each other but I still think it’s going really well.

Jamie has helped me tremendously with my anxiety and stress management. I never left a session without awesome resources, suggested reading material, and goals for us to revisit during our next session. Thank you, Jamie!

Jamie is very responsive and thoughtful and helpful and has been able to build a rapport with me in such a short period of time. Also I have been so amazed by how adept she is at managing the energy and flow and time of our sessions. I feel like all of our meetings have been productive and have yielded important insights that have led to progress for me.. even though I am sorting through A LOT of stuff. Highly recommend Jamie. She is awesome.
