About me

I am licensed in Wyoming with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I am trained to use EMDR and Flash. I am also trained in Polyvegal Theory. I utilize Narrative Therapy to help clients reauthor their life experiences. I also utilize Solution Focused Therapy to help clients use the solutions that work best for them to facilitate change. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
