I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger, relationship and interpersonal issues, trauma and abuse, life changes, grief/loss, infertility issues, emotion dysregulation & depression/mood issues. When I was first matched with Jamie, I was very hesitant.. not because of her but because of therapy itself. She has been very open and supportive about my feelings and thoughts towards many different things. After talking to her, it’s like I can breathe better. A sense of fresh air almost.
