Jamie Pepper, BACP
About me
I'm licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I mostly have experience in helping people who have experienced trauma and abuse. I also enjoy working with people to improve their motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with people experiencing compassion fatigue, members of the LGBT community, neurodivergent people, and non-monogamous people - I want to be able to support you to explore all aspects of who you are and what you experience.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I'm here to support you in that process.

Difficult to articulate how good Jamie is and how he does what he does, but he's very level-headed, rational whilst being empathetic and compassionate. He makes sense to wires that are crossed in your mind and helps you untangle them rather than moving you to one side and untangling them himself. He has a lot of time and is willing to reach out to you to offer whatever you need in terms of support, he's been a great help to me over our time/sessions together, during a time when I was very sceptical if online therapy would be for me.

Jamie has created a safe space for me right from the beginning, I sometimes struggled to express myself clearly but Jamie was always able to understand me and to my surprise would bring up subjects we spoke about in previous sessions. I would highly recommend him as a therapist
