Working with Jamie has been incredible. Coming from attending therapy in person I was worried about feeling like I could trust and connect with my therapist online but Jamie has made it so easy. I feel like she really listens and cares about how I am feeling. In the past I had felt like therapists would try to just fix things and it's great to have a solution but I feel like Jamie also allow space for my feelings which I love. There is a solution and it's okay to be feeling this way. I am very excited about this connection made through Betterhelp.
