About Me

I help Empaths, highly intelligent, and HSP folks stop feeling overwhelmed, scared and depressed by helping you use your gifts to make the world better. Stop living in fear of what other people think and create a life authentic to you, full of love, joy and happiness. I'll help you get along with others and get what you want in life. Get the skills your parents failed to give you (Adulting FTW!). Expand your sense of self to include your spiritual side (no matter how "weird" it seems to others) and create a lifestyle free of shame, anger and co-dependency. I also serve kink/BDSM/Poly/Pagan folx.

I specialize in folks who have "failed" at traditional talk therapy or need something different. As an advanced hypnotherapist, I use energetic psychology, somatics (body/mind connection), positive psychology, and help you connect to the archetypes/myths that are present in your life. I've been called "the therapists therapist" because my techniques are unusual.

I love the sh!t out of my clients & hold them in unconditional positive regard. My goal: to help you really expand your consciousness and actually move beyond the issues that brought you to therapy. I believe true healing & love is possible for you. I'm a smart nerd who enjoys 19th c British literature, Harry Potter, Star Trek, & Greek Mythology, so talk to me about your fandom.

Thanks for being relatable and personable. Allowing me to feel confident in who I am but make sure I take in to consideration other thoughts.

Jamie has helped me make several mental shifts from codependency to empowerment in my life. She actively listens and helps me explore themes in my situations and come to my own solutions. She's a fantastic resource and I highly recommend her!

Jamie has been a tremendous and unexpected help. My therapy with her has exceeded my expectations; I feel safe and encouraged to dive deep into complex stressors, and Jamie's insight has deepened my capacity to care for myself.

Jamie is seriously the best!! I just started with her a few weeks ago and already see such a huge difference in how I think about things. She is so supportive and really listens to what I have to say.

I was surprised at how much Jamie seemed to know me after only a paragraph or two of written communication. In the first couple of interactions, what she said made complete sense and something I never thought about before. It's like journaling, but receiving a response with a prompt for more in-depth thinking.
