I've been seeing therapists for years and my experience with Janae is by far one of the best I've ever had. Her trauma-informed approach has really changed the way I think of myself and the world around me for the better. I also respond really well to therapy that feels like more of a conversation than if I just went on and on about problems I'm experiencing. I have a better mindset about therapy and this doesn't feel like I'm focused on what's "wrong with me" but how can I live my life to the fullest. I'd recommend her to anyone, she's excellent and she's truly helping me.
