About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I have experience providing therapy in the home, residential treatment, and outpatient setting. I specialize in grief, loss, end-of-life, relationship issues, forgiveness, aging, depression, and anxiety. I provide therapy using a variety of techniques, including solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, whole health, and motivational interviewing.

My therapy style is nonjudgmental, open, and interested. I take time to get to know anyone I'm working with and develop a genuine and sincere therapeutic relationship. I believe that everyone has the ability to find their way through any life stressor and therapy should be taylored to meet the specific style and needs of each person. I have worked with people of all ages through all stages of life and have found that every stage offers unique opportunities for growth.

I love the way Jane never tells me what to do or what not to do. She helps guide me to my thoughts and feelings. I have really appreciated the help with actionable items. Talking is very therapeutic however I have learnt some actions are important to move forward in some situations and she has helped me to be accountable in the most supportive non judgmental way. She’s smart, wise and also funny when the time is appropriate. I feel very lucky to have found Jane to help me through my journey.

Just started with Jane
She listened to what I said I wanted to work on and what I needed and we have dived right in. The video sessions are not unlike being in the same room . The messaging and suggestions between sessions really make this different and I feel like I am able to do more work dealing with what I came here for.
