About me

I am a Person Centered counsellor, I provide a safe, impartial and confidential space in which to explore your feelings. I walk with you with warmth, care and at your pace.

Counselling can help you gain clarity and insight into how you feel, help you to understand, heal, grow and be kinder to yourself, let go of old habits, feel better and live life more fully. Talking to a counsellor in a professional environment, safe in the knowledge that what you say will be listened to in a non-judgemental way, can help you to discover what is making you feel a certain way.
Counselling can help you to explore and reflect upon these feelings. It can help you to understand what is at the root of the concern and can help you work to resolve the difficulties. I am a registered member of the BACP and work to their ethical framework.

I have over 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have specialist training in understanding Autism and I am a Certified ADHD Coach, a menopause ambassador and a couple's counsellor.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Jane is genuinely so lovely, but what really sets her apart is how deeply she understands relationships and all the complexities that come with them. She has a way of listening that makes you feel completely seen, and she offers insights that are both compassionate and incredibly practical. I’ve found her support genuinely helpful, and working with her has made a real difference.

Jane Francis is very professional in terms of how she allowed me to talk. She seemed to want me to talk and not interrupt me giving me that chance to get out what has been bothering me and how we can work on my goals of getting myself better.
