About me
I am a bilingual clinical social worker licensed in New York with nearly 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist in the adult outpatient mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, career struggles, and parenting stress.
My therapy style is goal oriented and reflective. I believe in identifying underlying beliefs that impact the development of healthy emotional regulation.
