I highly recommend Jane Lucy and Bettehelp. After attending sessions with Jane, I am feeling better equipped to deal with my daily challenges. She has provided me with the tools I need and encouraged me to put my focus into myself. Jane has been instrumental in helping me understand my own issues and how to better deal with them. She is always bringing resources to our sessions and it is a wonderful way to keep on task with how I want to work on myself. She is brilliant.
