I am really liking my sessions so far, Jane is honest and direct which I want but also does it in a nurturing way so not to be offensive. She really listens and remembers like I only spoke yesterday. Never cuts me short while talking and has a really calming manner

Jane is an incredible therapist. I really feel seen and heard when working with her and she is a key part of helping me manage my anxiety and stress. She creates an incredibly safe space to talk about a lot of hard topics and is always ready to go in any direction I may need to so I can get the support I need. I couldn't ask for a better therapist.

Jane is fucking amazing. She is truly supportive and non judgemental. A bloody amazing therapist that I've only had the honour of being paired with for a couple weeks now but has brought me into therapy on a very good note. Her direct nature and understanding tone makes her the best therapist I've ever had.

I have not worked with Jane for a long time, but already she has helped me so very much. She is authentic, genuine, and just seems to get everything I am going through. She really listens to me, and I totally feel like I have someone super supportive on my team, like I am not alone. She's wise and really is amazing at sharing resources and extra info to help me with my own development and exploration outside of the therapy room. Jane is amazing and I am so grateful to be working with her - I have noticed a distinct improvement in how I am feeling just in this short timeframe.

Jane is a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. She brings to each of our sessions an openness that allows me to explore issues in a way that feels natural and organic while interjecting at the perfect times pure nuggets of insight. I believe my symptoms have improved as a direct result of our sessions and I look forward to continuing under her guidance.
