I am an Accredited Counsellor with eleven years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping individual clients and couples with family dynamics, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, coping with grief and loss, and coping with life changes.
I work with my clients to create an open safe supportive environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear of judgment.
My past experiences include working with mental health and learning disabilities clients, supporting families with complex relationship issues and dynamics. I have lots of life experiences, loss, changes, work situations, single parent, divorce and supporting a family member with dementia.
It takes courage to talk and explore your own experiences. I am here to enable, support and empower you in that journey.
