Janice provides a supportive, judgment-free approach to therapy to create a strong therapeutic relationship and promote effective change in the lives of her clients.
Janice’s core values center around family, knowledge, and happiness. She believes, if we gain a clear understanding of our families, we can understand ourselves better. This knowledge can help to identify what motivates us and how we can evoke positive change, i.e. once we know better, we can do better. This together helps lead us to live a happier and healthier life; our best life.
