Janice Park, LPC
About me
My name is Janice Park, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—teens, adults, and women healing from trauma—across individual and group settings. My clinical experience includes work in private practice and intensive outpatient programs.
I’m trained in EMDR and integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, collaboration, and flexibility. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are—offering a nonjudgmental, supportive space where they can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.
Whether someone is working through trauma, navigating relationship or family issues, struggling with self-esteem, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside them with compassion and care. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence in a way that feels meaningful and empowering to them.
