About me

I am a accredited therapist in the United Kingdom with over 5 years of professional experience supporting individuals and couples on their healing journeys.
My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, motivation, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and confidence challenges. I also work closely with individuals living with ADHD, and those feeling emotionally stuck or disconnected from themselves or their relationships.
Working also as a relationship therapist, I support couples in repairing trust, improving communication, and deepening emotional intimacy. Whether you're navigating conflict, distance, or rebuilding after betrayal.
My style is warm, intuitive, and gently direct. In couples therapy, I create a space where both partners feel heard. Together, we focus on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and deepening emotional connection — even after periods of conflict or disconnection.
I believe it takes real courage to pursue a more fulfilling, peaceful life — and even more to ask for help. My role is to walk beside you with empathy, clarity, and tools that empower lasting change.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
With care,
Janice.
