About me
I have thirty years of experience in psychological services working with adults who need consultation, therapy for mental health, personal adjustment issues, depression, mood issues and anxiety. I also work with an array of strategies and approaches to assist adults having difficulty with college adjustment, and relationship issues, work related, work and career related issues or personal issues that are associated with focusing and ADHD. My practice also includes work with older adults. I also am experienced with evaluation and assessment processes and can provide psychological evaluations when these services are required to enhance the therapy process. I also have experience working with virtual therapy platforms.
I look forward to working with clients who are committed to self improvement and who need support in dealing with life challenges.
