About me
My name is Jason, and I am a counsellor that primarily works with clients that are looking for help with their seemingly unshakeable anxieties and insecurities to help boost their confidence and self-esteem. I take a solution based approach in my work with that utilises elements of CBT and humanistic therapies to help locate the origins of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours with the intention of facilitating worthwhile change.
I work with clients that are dealing with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, stress and feelings of inadequacy within their personal and professional lives as well their relationships.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion as well as providing a space that is completely free of judgement, and bias. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and well-rounded life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions at all.
