My name is Jason and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina with 6 years of experience in mental health counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, and career challenges. My approach focuses on values and living in line with those values for a rich and meaningful life. I’m also a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Military.
I received my Master’s Degree from the University of New England in 2015.
My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
