Jay has been brilliant, really helped me over the last year to understand me and who I am.

I didn’t think I was “good” at therapy. But I tried this, and can’t recommend my therapist enough. There is so much more I am working through, and I feel so much lighter now, I can’t imagine life before it.

Jay is a highly skilled therapist who demonstrates compassion and empathy. His non-directive perspective allows clients to choose the pace and tone of the session. Since I believe that this is Jay's best method of encouraging me to connect with myself, I found it very helpful to connect with him when he talks about ordinary situations. I appreciate Jay's concern and assistance because the sessions don't end when we bid each other farewell; instead, they continue through his messages on the platform, which give me more chances to stay involved. I have nothing but praise for Jay, and I heartily endorse him.

Jay is really "easy going" and approachable therapist. I really appreciate the way he respects someone's personality and feelings, but doesn't keeps himself distanced from a patient. Great therapist.

Jay has been such an incredible support for me since I started therapy with him last July or so. He has a very deep understanding therapy techniques and really pays attention during session. Over the last year, he’s kept detailed notes of how my upbringing and circumstances shaped my traits as an adult and provided the right amount of encouragement to help me overcome the obstacles that felt like mountains for me using therapy techniques that I thought would never work (it did work!). He’s a great therapist, and I would recommend him to anyone.
