Dr. Goodman listens very well and provides solid, meaningful and actionable feedback.

Dr. Goodman is exactly what you would want for a psychologist. I spent many years wondering if I was getting the right therapy through the right therapist before trying out BetterHelp. It's not that the other therapists weren't good, but there is a clear difference between them and Dr. Jay, where there is no more wondering being done on my end.

Dr. Goodman brings the value of a long career and a lot of relevant-to-me life experience. He is respectful and active in listening and he picks up everything. You will see that he processes what you tell him in later sessions in very useful and insightful ways. Would recommend as he did help me, a 65 year old recent retiree entering a new phase of life.
