Respectful, well spoken, and knowledgeable about men’s issues. Good guy to talk with.

Jay Sawyers is amazing. He doesn't push you in any direction until you raise the topic. He wants you to be ready to move forward and gets you there.

At first. Like our first visit I was not to sure but after the next few times we talked I felt like a weight was lifted. Now I'm able to get back to some what of a normal life. Yeah I'm still stressed and things but he's been really helpful. If it wasn't for him and 2 other people I don't think things would or turned out so good for me but he didn't give up on me and I see him as a friend now and have much respect for him. And grateful that I can have someone to talk to that can listen and give advice in a positive way

Very understanding guy. He listens very well and is very relatable in the topics that are brought up. 10/10 would recommend.

Jay understands the complexity of family estrangement. He is the first therapist to not just work with me on this topic but, to help guide me into acceptance of my role. If you're looking for a therapist who can help... I HIGHLY recommend Jay!
