I’m just my first session she had me opening up to parts of my life that I really keep hidden and expressing ways on how to deal with the emotions. Can’t wait for our second session. Highly recommend Jayne!

I’ve only met with her once but she was great in our one meeting. She was very easy to talk to, she listens well, she seems quick to understand. I appreciated our meeting.
