Thanks for having Jean for my 1st time therapy experience. She showed her empathic understanding on me, treated with care and helped me feel comfortable. I feel relax and trust to open my feeling around her. She listened what I say, then reflects back to me to make me hear myself. I am looking forward to continue the therapy with Jean.

Jean provides excellent service and always goes above and beyond. I don’t feel like I am alone in this process no more and I also feel like Jean helps me to understand my emotions, gives my emotions a voice ( I feel heard) and validates my thoughts where I don’t feel confused and move forward. I also feel like representation matters, Jean understands the social injustice I have faced and has helped me with my self esteem. Even though I still have a long journey to go, I have never loved myself and respected myself this much!
