About me

My name is Jean Erickson, I am a licensed Psychologist, who has worked both here in the United States (East/West Coasts/Midwest) and abroad. For over 25 years I have been honored to help support people making positive changes in their lives. My belief is that most problems stem from tensions involved in the process of change. I also believe therapy should not be mysterious. My approach is to work alongside you in setting transparent goals and ensuring that you feel fully supported while doing so. In my view, most therapy occurs outside of the artificial confines of an office, the real work happens while living life. I am a firm believe that regardless of the challenges people experience, everyone is capable of making positive changes in their lives.

I have absolutely cherished my time with Jean. She is first and foremost patient but also kind and truly adept at helping place feelings. Jean listens carefully and without judgment. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, or big life changes as she offers great advice for all, in my experience.
