Jeanne Crocker, LPC
About me
Hello, my name is Jeanne Crocker and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I am delighted that you are reaching out and I understand that it often takes courage to ask for assistance, (and is often the hardest part of the process). I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, with a wide range of clients ranging from geriatric clients in nursing home settings to psychiatric patients in hospital settings. I specialize in depression and anxiety and offer compassion and warmth to my clients. I use cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness techniques for a successful therapeutic outcome. I would love to work side by side with you on your journey of becoming a happier and healthier YOU!
People often struggle with leaving their homes due to depression and anxiety, even struggle to get out of bed every day. BetterHelp offers this platform where you can remain in the comfort of your own home and still get the support you wish for, making this a marvelous opportunity to seek the support and empowerment we all long for.
