Jeff is incredible man of God that will give you tools and insight to help you unpack things in your life that feels voided. For me it was low self esteem from a nasty breakup that not only left me questioning myself but also moments when I cried myself to sleep on how deep the pain is. Mentally and emotionally is was interrupting how I was going through my day but going thru the circle of self and creating boundaries for myself help me to navigate a lot of things to where my life doesn't feel out of control. And no it's not a one and done things but a consistent effort to throw away old habits and creating new ones like self love, affirmation, and kindness before you seek it from anyone or thing. The worksheets He gives out is not something you do just to show off to your counselor but evaluate where you are so you can see what holes in your game in life are left vulnerable. As long as you're being completely honest with yourself with each appointment the better your experience will be as you continue to grow and evolve as you get right back out there in the world. I glad I took this opportunity leaping in faith at my lowest point and what I've learned will forever be within me as I go out into the world (despite Covid going on). lol

Jeff is excellent! He’s help me understand my anxieties, developing strategies and tools to overcome them. He’s a good listener and creates a safe environment where I feel I can say whatever is on mind, no matter how embarrassing or crazy it may be. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff is GREAT. 5/5 stars.

Jeff gave me effective strategies to help me manage my stress starting with the first session. He is an experienced therapist who creates a safe space where it feels easy and comfortable to share openly. He is quick to try and discern underlying issues to begin to address and help heal from them. With just a few sessions I started feeling more hopeful and making important behavioral changes to feel better. I strongly recommend Jeff and would definitely return to him for counseling needs in the future.

He also assists me with emotional support animal since he knows that I need my dog in order to sleep.
