About me

Hi. I'm Jeff... great to meet you! I am here to support you on your transformation journey. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore what is going on, to feel heard and understood, as you become the person you really want to be.

My therapy style is centred around you. I am a great listener and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You would expect that of a counsellor wouldn’t you?

My approach combines client centred therapy - where you lead the way as expert in your life - with some solution focused CBT and NLP all of which is ‘humanistic’… all of which means I have a strong belief in your inner resources to change for the better. I also offer hypnotherapy.

I also have particular specialisms for dealing with anxiety, anger, and confidence as a result of many years of experience working as a counsellor, hypnotherapist, confidence and relationship coach. I have qualifications in Counselling, Coaching, Hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP and Relationship Coaching.

My job is to help you release those resources for yourself and continue to grow after you leave my nurturing environment. My mission is your empowerment.

I look forward to working with you!

Jeff is a really good therapist. He takes the time to listen properly and creates a space where you feel comfortable opening up. What I appreciate most is how he explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, which has helped me make sense of my thoughts and feelings. I’ve found the sessions very helpful.
