Jeff is the man

Jeff is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He doesn't judge, but at the same time offers sage advice that makes me feel like the correct course of action is both possible and desirable, not mandatory. He's excellent at convincing you of a point of view without browbeating, and very pleasant to chat with besides. Even if I'm not having a bad day, I still look forward to speaking with Jeff because a.) he seems to actually care about how I am doing and b.) he has resources and insights that I've never heard before.
