These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jeff Rhein. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jeff has helped me navigate some tough times and I couldn’t be more grateful. As a newcomer to BetterHelp I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive he was to my messages or journal entries. It was like having a good friend at my fingertips. I’ve come to look forward to my weekly chats with Jeff.
Jeff is fairly laid back and super understanding. He’s a super kind guy!
I have never had a therapist that cares about his clients. He respects me a lot, and is trying to find ways to help me be a happy person again. I do like the assessment parts where he would help me think and be aware of myself. I am impressed that there were thoughts I never even thought about it
Jeff has been great so far! Very professional and supportive, listens and gives good feedback. Also uses the worksheets in a way to help challenge my thinking, guide the sessions and get a better understanding.
Jeff is a solid guy and from day one he cared and it felt like a casual convo with someone I’ve known for a while…totally surprised me in regards to how valuable I’ve found this and cathartic. The platform itself makes it hard to find reasons not to do therapy and coupled with Jeff, this far it’s been worth it.
It took a while to get into things, but I am starting to realize that understanding issues takes time. I wanted more instant feedback at first, but I understand why it isn't possible. It feels good just to be moving in the right direction though. I physically financially wouldn't be able to do this without financial aid, so I am also greatful for that.
Jeff works hard to work with my weird work schedule and is super helpful when suggesting reading material that will interest me and gave me suggestions of things I actually have an interest in
