Jeff is more than a therapist, he is a friend. He gives me insightful ways to address my issues and is always calm and collected no matter what stressors I am facing.

Jeff is sincere in his clients in the ways that he listens first and then offers advice. I’m starting to feel comfortable talking about my issues and getting advice, all thanks to Jeff. I really like that he will explain things so I understand why things are happening instead of only giving ways to deal with the issue.
