Jeffrey Lavoie, LMFT
About me
I'm a therapist with six years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, parenting concerns, anger management, and major life transitions. I also have specialized experience supporting those with ADHD and helping families navigate blended family dynamics.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I help clients explore self-love, improve communication, clarify life purpose, and work through forgiveness and control issues. I'm experienced in supporting first responders, individuals exploring gender identity, and those managing panic attacks and impulsivity. I also work with clients on midlife transitions, self-harm concerns, autism spectrum experiences, and intellectual disability support.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm here to help you build the skills and insight you need to move forward. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together toward meaningful change. Taking the step to seek support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.
