I am licensed in New York with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion . With that being said I am also very direct in my approach and will challenge negative thinking and assist in correcting and empowering my clients. I believe the best thing that I can do in therapy is to get you to look at aspects of your life in a different way because perhaps the way you are looking at them is not allowing for maximum growth and movement in your life.
