These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jenna Beever. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jenna is a great therapist! She has assisted me in so many positive ways. She really helped me get through a very hard time. I have enjoyed every single session I have had with her. I always have something to take away and work with.
Very responsive through the platform. Uses the chat between sessions, and has made appointments that work with my schedule even if there’s no appointments available. I feel supported and challenged to continue to grow and work on myself and my relationships.
Jenna has been absolutely amazing I love working with her and I hope to continue to work with her!!!
Can’t say enough great things about Jenna! She is so supportive and a listening ear, while being so knowledge and showing her expertise and even offering additional resources.
I had a really positive experience with Jenna. She’s super responsive and sends many resources to help with whatever you’re going through!
Every time our appointments end, I literally thank god for my therapist haha I seriously feel so lucky that she’s my therapist. I feel so comfortable talking to her and I really feel like she understands me which really means everything to me. I’m a veteran I served in the Navy and my therapists sister was also in the Navy which is a massive plus that is a crazy coincidence. I truly feel so blessed to be understood on that level and not have to explain lingo that she understands. I’m also so thankful to be doing virtual therapy. I plan on moving very soon and I’m so glad that I can talk to her where ever I go because I would be so deviated to have to end things with her anytime soon if it was only in person. I also really appreciate how often she reaches out to me to send me relevant things that will help me. Opposed to other therapists that I’ve had in the past (not related to better help) and I didn’t feel like they cared about me more just felt like they were doing the job and I’m very thankful that Jenna is the opposite I truly feel like she cares about me and I’m so glad that I took this step for myself. She also really makes me feel supported and I really feel like I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have been matched with Jenna
Very nice, understanding and patient
I feel incredibly fortunate to have been matched with Jenna as a therapist. She is very organized and has many tangible tools and activities to help you in working toward your goals. She is very kind and truly listens and makes sure she is hearing your most relevant concerns.
