Jenna makes talking an expressing so easy, she's very dynamic and makes you go think, very assertive and looks ways so you can feel comfortable, she's like that family member you always wish you had, she guides you and makes you analyze and focus on the things that matter. I have been with her for 3 months and the change I have made in this amount of time got me by surprise, sometimes guidance and hearing is all you need to find focus and break chains, start making changes and believe and love yourself.

Jenna doesn't seem like a therapist to me at all which makes things a little easier. She's a real life human being and it seems as though I'm talking to a long-time friend.

Jenna is great! I’ve been working with her for about a year and we are getting ready to wrap up. My life has really changed because I could message her in the middle of a difficult situation and she would show me healthy ways to work through it and see the situation differently. Little by little that has changed me and how I interact with others and how I see the world. It’s been awesome.

Jenna is an interesting counselor. Not only does she have an interesting insight on subjects, she lets the session progress at your pace. She will talk the "meat and potatoes" with you, but also "shoot the breeze" if you need a casual conversation to cool down. I'm very happy that I have found her, and am excited for future sessions. 10/10

Jenna was very responsive, and offered excellent insight during our discussions. Despite only communicating via messaging, which was my preferred method of communicating, she still seemed incredibly warm and friendly, and immediately put me at ease. I felt an easy rapport almost from the first message, and I found her very easy to "talk" to. I felt immediately like I had someone I could talk to when I felt I was in crisis. I'd recommend her to anyone trying out this type of counseling.

Jenna is the best therapist I have ever had. I've seen 4 others in the past but did not stick with them because I didn't fee a connection or they did not understand what my primary concerns were for treatment. Jenna is empathetic, funny, and been very helpful. My sister has told me that I seem healthier than I have in years. My self confidence has been the best it's ever been but excited to keep improving with Jenna's help.

Jenna is as solid as a rock. From day one she has listened, reflected and supported me. I was pretty lost when I came here and Jenna has been able to help me find my map and read it, too. I don't know where I would be without Jenna's help. I will always be grateful.

Working with Jenna has been really great. I love being able to have more regular chat based conversations than I would with a regular office therapist. She is great about reading through my long messages and replying in a very reasonable amount of time. It's not real time chat but that's fine. I still get so many more thoughts heard and questions answered than I ever have with in-person therapists. I live overseas and travel so the ability to connect regularly is irreplaceable. I also love her insight, encouragement, and ideas. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Jenna!
