I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Maine and Massachusetts with 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with emotional identification/regulation, stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence and concentration, memory and focus, relationship and workplace issues and improving communication and interpersonal skills. I've worked with clients with a number of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, ODD and more.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Jennifer is really helping me grow in areas I didn’t realize I was scared to. She’s helped me to recognize patterns, to set boundaries and to keep my head above water through my job search- which can be incredibly dehumanizing at times. I feel like I seek advice about navigating interpersonal relationships from her and if she feels there’s a book that mentions the nuance better- she’ll go through each part with you at your own pace.
