Jennifer Blaney-Sutton
About me
Hello, I’m Jennifer, an integrative psychotherapist based in the UK. I work with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, stress, burnout, depression, identity changes, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, inclusive, and collaborative, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your individual experience.
What I Offer
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can explore who you are without judgement. My work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I support both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, and you do not need a diagnosis or clear answers to begin therapy. Many people come simply knowing that something does not feel right, and that is a valid place to start.
Alongside professional training, I bring lived experience of dyslexia, which gives me personal insight into navigating a world that does not always accommodate difference. However, my work is not limited to any one group. At its heart, therapy is about connection, curiosity, and feeling genuinely heard and understood.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including:
• Person-Centred Therapy – supporting emotional safety, self-trust, and confidence
• Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring deeper emotional patterns and early relational experiences
• Existential Therapy – working with meaning, values, identity, and change
• Mindfulness-Based Approaches – supporting emotional regulation and present-moment awareness
• Somatic-Informed Work – gently reconnecting with the body and supporting nervous system regulation
My Philosophy
I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is not to fix or direct you, but to walk alongside you, listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you build a more compassionate and grounded relationship with yourself.
Therapy does not remove life’s difficulties, but it can help you understand them differently, feel more resourced, and develop clearer ways of responding. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths.
Availability & Communication
If the calendar appears full, please feel free to message me. I am often able to offer additional availability.
I am offline on Sundays and Mondays to support rest and sustainability. I will respond to messages as soon as I am back online. Maintaining clear boundaries helps me remain fully present and consistent for my clients during sessions.

Jennifer is amazing. She made me feel not only heard but also that my problems are fixable and there is hope for a future with safety and happiness. I can’t thank her enough for how she’s made me feel even in a short space of time and I look forward to continuing my therapy and achieving the goals I hope for.

Jennifer is flexible, clear and is really experienced, she's created a level of trust so I know everything is confidential and I can tell the absolute truth to be able to move forward. The detailed notes and additional helpful tips and sources she gives me is something that helps me significantly when I am struggling on my own.

Working with Jennifer has been super helpful. I knew that I needed help, she has listened and been my sounding board, offered ways for me to deal with my anxiety . I was always skeptical about therapy and that has been settled now.
