Jennifer helped me a lot through my PTSD and health anxiety as I went through a very scary diagnosis and surgical process. She gave me the tools I needed to still enjoy my life even when I was going through so many difficult things at once. I am so thankful I had her as my therapist during this time and will continue to use her techniques for a lifetime.

I was so scared to try counseling again to go through it all over again. My bipolar is so much better since starting with Jennifer. Since starting with Jennifer, I have told so so many people about Better Help. It’s like a little dose of counseling each day when using the journal. It helps.

Jennifer has been such an unexpected blessing! In all honesty I gave this no credence at first as far as counseling. She actually listens to every word I say and I can feel the empathy. I know she hears me. I go jabbering off and she gently refocuses me with and question or comment. I am truly grateful for the service. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone. Insightful, caring, patient, no judgement, down to earth well trained to help people like me find that elusive path. Really can’t express how much she’s helped me!!

I feel like she really listens to me and understands what I am going through. In the first conversation we had she was able to see some character traits that I didn't realize I had, such as I'm a people pleaser. Whenever, I have something I am working through she sends me worksheets to help me. I enjoy being matched with her and i would recommend her to others.
