About me

If you find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly stressed, or emotionally exhausted from trying to keep everything together while appearing fine on the outside, you're not alone. You may be constantly worrying, navigating difficult conversations with people you care about, or trying to balance work, relationships, and personal expectations all at the same time. Sometimes you may feel drained-tired of carrying so much on your own. Therapy offers a place to slow down, talk openly, and begin to make sense of what you're going through.

People I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with psychoeducation and reflective conversation to help build insight, strengthen coping strategies and support meaningful change.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking honestly about what's going on in your life. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a nonjudgmental perspective, where you are supported, understood, and able to talk openly. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
