Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Eckols. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have been goldilocks for many years and I must say, Jennifer Eckols fits just right. It was so important for me to find someone that, yes has expertise, but also sees me. I truly do feel like she sees all of my intentions, my humor, my effort, my heart. She created a space with us where I feel like a flower and we are finding the best ways for me to cultivate, rise, and bloom. And I know that all sounds very hokie, but Jennifer gets it. I think that she is the type of person we’d all be lucky to have in our lives, but as a therapist she is the gold standard. I am in a much better space than I was last year, and though we have more ground to cover, I truly do feel supported.

Jennifer is a great counselor. I clicked on some wrong buttons in the survey and there wasn’t a way to go back and fix it

Jennifer is amazing. She listens and gives guidance, not instructions. She allows you to work through your problems with help. She is kind and compassionate and doesn't judge.

I was very comfortable opening up to Jennifer. She is very personable and made starting counseling not so intimidating. I would recommend her to anyone seeking out help from a mental professional.
