Jennifer Frazier, LPC
About me
Jennifer Frazier helps individuals in Texas navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She supports teens, adults, and seniors experiencing lifestyle and transitional transitions, while offering a safe, structured space to build resilience and restore emotional balance. Jennifer is especially committed to helping clients process anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. She works collaboratively to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve daily functioning, while honoring each person’s values and lived experience. Her approach is practical and personalized, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques; she also offers additional therapeutic modalities to meet diverse needs. She has a focused interest in supporting individuals: women, children & families, and seniors facing complex life transitions. Jennifer also addresses related concerns such as grief, childhood behavior issues, and midlife or later-life changes, equipping clients with tools for healthy adjustment and improved relationships. Jennifer earned advanced counseling degrees from Dallas Baptist University, and Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. Since beginning practice in 2019, she has developed a reputation for steady guidance, clinical insight, and a nonjudgmental presence. Outside of her work, Jennifer enjoys spending time in nature, photography, writing, and singing; activities that reflect her belief in creativity and restoration as part of healing. Serving communities across Texas with accessible, high-quality mental health services, Jennifer Frazier welcomes those ready to take the next step toward wellness.
