I am so grateful to have a therapist that is able, in real-time, to notice things and help me to see them too. Trust me, my ADHD and PTSD can make her job challenging. She is able to make sense of everything I spill out to her and her style of communication is spot on. She is able to bring to light, uncomfortable truths, that help me become healthier. I'm actually seeing real improvement! I felt so hopeless before ... she has helped me come to a different level of therapy I didn't know could happen for me.

Very easy to speak with. I feel she understands my issues and tries to show me by clarifying what was said, which means she’s truly listening, and then explains why I may feel what I feel. I am glad to have someone with her knowledge to speak with and help me to work through the chaos!
