My name is Jennifer Garrison. I’m from Atlanta, Georgia and followed my passion for counseling resulting in creating a life in Alabama. I’ve been in the counseling field for approximately 9 years, with primary services provided in trauma and the individualized effects and impact of trauma.
I stand firm in my thoughts that true courage is stepping out and asking for help. In providing services and assistance to those who desire, I wish to explore alternate hypothesis and discover the answers to the questions they seek by creating a safe place for each and every person I have interaction with. I firmly believe that our self talk is something can be a game changer. We can see results in our life by taking a better perspective. I have been using Cognitive behavioral therapy in my sessions and have seen some amazing results.
