Hello, my name is Jennifer, I was born in Miami, Florida but spent many years in Boston, Massachusetts and in Poland Springs, ME.
I have experience working with all different life issues, couples therapy and ADVANCED training working with Trauma, Panic Attacks with or without Agoraphobia, Anxiety Attacks, OCD, Eating Disorders, Anger Management, Childhood abuse, sexual abuse and Depression.
I schedule appointments any time of day including nights, weekends and holidays, Including being on Call around the clock to take after hours Crisis through text communication or video.
I am available almost immediately for sessions, so you do not have to wait at all. I respond to your inquiry immediately.

I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and conducting family therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and empathy. I specialize in supporting you through complex life challenges.
Growing up, I always had a desire to help people. I have worked with children, couples, and families for many years. As early as 16 years old, I worked providing support to children with Cancer at now Nikolaus Hospital formally, Miami Children's Hospital.

Combined with my Masters and Doctorate degree, I have conducted advanced research and have successfully treated many clients working on various areas using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure Therapy, gradually at your own comfortable pace.
I am a Certified Mindfulness Coach and able to provide advanced care to help you learn techniques to gauge what is happening inside that you may feel now is impossible to regulate. Such as unsteady emotions and anger management.
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you.
