Jennifer Gonzalez, LPC
About me
With 14 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC‑S) in Texas, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including community mental health, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), employee assistance programs (EAP), and domestic violence services. Today, I bring that breadth of experience into my work as the owner of a private practice.
I specialize in helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, and LGBTQ+ related concerns, drawing from extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. My approach is grounded in evidence‑based care, and I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Integrative Mental Health and Nutrition.
My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to understand their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

Jennifer has been a wonderful therapist to me during a rough time. She gives me practical recommendations for ways I can change my thought patterns in everyday life. I've told friends and family about using Betterhelp since starting therapy with Jennifer.
