I was very hesitant about starting betterhelp but really needed to be back in therapy. I hit rock bottom and I am so incredibly grateful that I got matched with Jennifer Grinter as my therapist. She’s seriously one of the most amazing therapists I’ve ever had. From session one I felt incredibly comfortable talking with her. Even during our third session, it felt like I had her as a therapist for so much longer.

Jennifer is awesome my anxiety and management with stress has improved significantly. I'm very grateful to have Jennifer as my therapist! She's very kind, funny and genuine. In addition, she's very attentive to body language and facial expressions. Also, she delivers techniques and skills to help manage anxiety that have been extremely helpful. I've been working with Jennifer for a year. Whether it be my deepest traumas to even things that are more mundane like my relationship with my family, she's always been there to help me out :)

I have had multiple therapists over the last 6 years I’ve been going to therapy and Jennifer is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is a compassionate listener, gives excellent and intentional advice, and asks really introspective and productive questions. She speaks with such a casual but caring nature that instantly makes me feel comfortable and at ease and she has such a way of validating my emotions and experiences. One of the best things about Jennifer is her ability to listen to something I’m going through and relate it back to something I talked about weeks or months ago. She takes notes, she pays attention, and she’s lovingly honest. Many times she has said “that reminds me of when you talked about this…” and I go “omg you’re so right”. This is someone that cares deeply about helping others and she has helped me through so many breakthroughs. What a gift to have Jennifer as a therapist! Endlessly grateful for her guidance.
