Using different modalities of change during our session which will provide the highest good for you. I am trained in traditional evidenced based therapy such as DBT, CBT, holistic, or "an ear to listen."
It is my belief that the greatest change mechanism comes from the connection of the body, mind and soul while developing a strong trustworthy therapeutic relationship.
