I am licensed in Kentucky with 27 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, sleeping disorders, & bipolar disorder. I also have experience working with depression.

I am trained as an EMDR therapist, as well as proficient in Prolonged Exposure, Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Specialized populations include Veterans and persons with a Personality Disorder.
