I am licensed in Utah with 25 years of professional work experience. I live in a rural area and am a sheep farmer as well. I understand the needs and struggles of our diverse populations. I have a particular ability with so called "stoic types" and tough guys. I have a diverse family and have an understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures. Particularly Latinos and indigenous people.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, (lots of) trauma and abuse, disability, chronic illnesses, overcoming social and cultural barriers, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
