About me

Hi, I'm Jen! (she/her)

I am a queer, neurodivergent, feminist, trauma informed therapist. My experience is mostly within trauma and domestic abuse, as I have worked within refuges. I also have experience in helping clients with other issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender identity, coping with addictions, neurodivergence, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

I have a warm relaxed approach which I use to build rapport, and to make you feel comfortable enough to share, explore, and work with what's going on within you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I tailor every session to each client individually, making sure they suit their unique needs, depending on what they are going through. I believe that you are the expert of you, and that you have many strengths and answers within you that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take a lot courage, and you should be so proud of yourself for doing this! If you think we will be a good fit, I'm here to support and empower you when you're ready.

I look forward to hearing from you :)

Jen has taken the time to get to know and built a trust with me. Which is important as it is a big issue in my Life and with relationships and it is majorly to do with childhood trauma that has surfaced.
She has taken the time to be patient and make me comfortable. Jen gives me space to think and then reflection. She has helped me build self esteem which I had very little of which would make daily life hard with making the smallest decisions

Articulate, actively listens and very professional but still have that personal, tailored, and catered touch.
