My name is Jennifer. I am a Licensed Therapist in California. I obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also obtained a Master of Science Degree in Gerontology. I have several years of experience working with families as a social worker. My work experience has permitted me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and elders from multicultural backgrounds in a variety of settings.
Additionally, I also have life experience. The knowledge I have gained by simply just living life is invaluable. My life experience has helped me to support others as they navigate through life’s challenges.
My approach to therapy is eclectic as I believe that therapy should be centered around the needs of the client. Regardless of the approach, I strongly believe that effective therapy involves trust, communication, and collaboration between the client and therapist.
